Part of Frankly Being
Frankly Fit.
Your workouts, program guidance and progress in one place. See how Frankly Fit works before you create an account.
Training you can come back to.
Frankly Fit brings your exercise instructions, workout records and training history together. It is for people who want a clear place to organise their training and see what they have actually done.
Open your available program, follow its saved guidance and record the sets you choose to complete. Return to those records when you train again.

A plan that fits your day
Progress you can see
Your training space
Less searching. More useful records.
- Program guidance: open the instructions and demonstrations included with a program you can access.
- Workout records: save your own repetitions, weights and notes, then reopen the same record.
- Your progress: look back at recorded sessions without treating a blank entry as a completed workout.
Scheduling, equipment, measurements and other tools are there when you need them. You can start with the main training pages.
Before you join
See a program before choosing it.
Public program previews appear here when they are released. Each available preview describes that program so you can check its focus and requirements before deciding.
The illustrated workout above shows how the tools fit together; it is not a prescribed workout. Private program instructions and videos stay behind account and program-access checks.
A clear first step
From your account to your first workout.
- Create your account. Use your name, email and a password. Confirm your email if asked, then sign in.
- Open Training. When intake is available, read its consent statement before choosing whether to answer. Your answers help identify the programs that match their stated requirements.
- Check your program access. Registration alone does not assign or unlock a program. Open a program when access has been arranged, and read its instructions before starting.
- Save your first workout. Review the separate workout-record consent, then record what you actually do. You can reopen your saved results and look back at your history.
If intake or a program is not available yet, your account is still an account; it is not confirmation that training has been assigned. You do not need to fill in optional photos or measurements to understand the main journey.
Start with an account. Keep access separate.
Create your account or sign in to your training.
An account does not automatically include a training program or a purchase. Program access is shown separately in your training space. Read the privacy policy and terms before sharing personal information.
Accounts are by invitation for now. Creating an account does not open a program: Frank assigns one and gives you 90 days of free access. Nothing renews or turns into a payment.
