We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or send marketing email.

Who can see it. You, and Frank as the administrator. Frank can see saved workouts to help with problems, but doesn't routinely monitor them.

Services we use. Vercel hosts the app. Supabase runs the accounts and database; Resend delivers sign-up and password emails. Your account and database records are stored in the United States (US East). Some provider support and security processing can happen in other countries, including the United States.

Your choices. You can see your quiz answers and workouts, download your workout records, delete workouts, delete your quiz answers (which ends the linked program access), and end your access at any time. To get a copy of everything, correct something, or close your account, email hello@franklybeing.com. Frank will confirm it's you through your signed-in account (or another way if you can't sign in) and handle it personally. Deleted records may stay in backups for a limited time before they expire.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date below will change and Frank will tell current users. Effective date: November 6, 2026.
